Audra was beyond amazing! I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and this was my first ever massage. It was an incredible experience. She made me feel so comfortable the whole time and I was able to relax and enjoy the moment. As someone who is always go go go, she helped my muscles and body take a great and needed break!

Such a healing experience! I'm dealing with a sciatic nerve flare up, and really needed some attention to my lower back/glutes. I read some really great reviews by those who have seen Audra, and was able to snag her last time slot of the day, only 30 minutes prior! Wouldn't have been able to do it without the help of the receptionist either. Even though my time with Audra was only 25 minutes, I honestly don't think it could have even been better with a full hour. I told her about my flare up, affecting my right side, and she knew exactly what to do. I received such empathy toward my body and felt that it's too good to be true that I was able to see such an amazing massage therapist on such short notice! I am able to lean backward for the first time in days. I have massage therapy included in my insurance plan, but I think Audra has me on track to start a membership here lol. Not to mention the interior and atmosphere inside, like wow!

Edit: After posting my review, I got a call from the new manager at NOW and she was kind and understanding and and told me there had been some staff changes since this incident and offered me something if I ever wanted to come back in and give them another chance. I wasn’t expecting any of that and was very happy with the call. I updated the rating from 1 to 4 stars because I know you don’t often get a response like that from a business and certainly not that quickly. Thanks for the call!

Had a very offputting experience when I tried to schedule an appointment here. I was dealing with some back pain. This is a recurring problem that I’ve had through throughout my life and know that massage helps.
My back problem flared up, and I found the closest massage place to me and just walked in. I explained the back issue when I was filling out the paperwork and it didn’t seem like it was going to be a problem. I waited around a little bit for the massage therapist to show up and start explaining my symptoms to her. She is clearly uncomfortable doing the massage with my back problem. Fair enough.
That’s not the reason for the one star review though. The reason is the way it was handled instead of just telling me directly that she wasn’t comfortable, which I would understand (even though I’ve had a massage for this problem before, and it has helped). I was forced to wait around for like 10 minutes while there was a bunch of whispering between the staff members and I just felt so weird and uncomfortable like I had done something wrong. I eventually left of my own accord because I was feeling so weird about how this was going down.
I live nearby and I’ve talked to a couple other people who said the “vibes” are off at this place too.

I was so disappointed in this massage, I called and asked to be placed with someone who does deep tissue before scheduling (even paid for the deep tissue add on) and it was soo light. The masseuse left so much lotion on my back I felt sticky. When I got out and asked the cashier to at least remove the deep tissue add on (my exact words were "I'd like to pay for the service I recieved-and I didn't get deep tissue like I asked)she refused and said she would have to talk to the manager (who conveniently wasn't available at that moment). If you like soft massages & paying extra money for a pretty venue this is the spot for you. Otherwise, if you're a healthcare worker like myself & need a massage that heals....this isn't the one

I have had countless massages, but Colin Banks is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. He took the time to really listen to my concerns & reassured me that he would take great care of me.
The massage wasn’t just a physical relief, but because of Colin it was also a mental relief. He checked on me & made sure I was comfortable with the pressure which was really great.
At the end of the massage he didn’t just send me off with a goodbye. He gave me aftercare instructions & let me know what to expect with how my body will be feeling. We chit chatted for a little and I could tell he cared about my wellbeing.
His kind heart really made this massage special.
I’m looking forward to coming back to the Now because of him. Truly, thank you, Colin for relaxing my body & mind.
