  It was the weekend before Christmas and I'm hustling for that cash, when all of sudden I get a notification, it was an Instacart shop to Sephora. Usually I skip right over this type of shop, not enough money to make it worth going into a mall. But this one was different with a price I couldn't refuse so off to the Clackamas Town Center I went. The parking was insane and there were people walking in all directions to get out of the rain and into the shelter of the mall or their vehicle. After circling the mall with no parking spot insight, I questioned myself was this the right move? I finally found a 15 minute parking only and swooped right in. It shouldn't take me that long to get a few things? The moment I opened the doors to the mall, the chaos ensued. Families everywhere with bags adorning there arms, Santa sitting relaxed by a beautiful tree with camera flashes every few minutes, and dads with babies in hands riding bears and other wild animals. I grabbed onto my backpack straps and dove into the crowd stomping vigorously in my hot pink Croc boots. I see the sign ahead of me fancy in black and white, Sephora name aglow. I tried to walk in but had to stop because the store was filled with people from end to end. My nostrils filled with every fragrance made by man and my head pounded just slightly at the temples. I finally reached one brand that was on my list and scanned every product with no luck. Doubting myself, was this worth the fat pay after all. I searched the store with frustration and walked aimlessly looking at small little items that made no sense to me. And then I see her. Beautiful long brown hair and flawless makeup wearing all black. I asked, "Do you work here?" "Yes" she says. I start word vomiting my frustrations and apologize for needing the help. She was so gracious with an air of confidence. She help me find everything on my list and even went to the back to make sure I had everything I needed. To my surprise, she then started ringing up the items and bagging them right on the floor, it was quality costumer service that I didn't think we had anymore. She went to get the receipt and another girl approached saying there is a survey that I can do. I say, "Girl, I'm going to do more than a survey." This is above and beyond the greatest service I have received and I'm shouting on rooftops for everyone to know. Angel is an angel!! And the best employee Sephora will ever see!! So if you ever are visiting the Clackamas Town Center, don't forget to say hi to Angel. You will be thankful you did.

  I went in with my wife. The store was PACKED with customers. We still got excellent customer service and we in and out fairly quickly.

  Recently visited. I was bummed the only person who helped me was Angel. I was a professional makeup artist for 11 years so I don't *need* help picking anything out. I did have to interrupt a private conversation between a vendor and employee who seemed to want to watch me... I had a list of items I needed. No purse because just use a wallet. I got the feeling I was not a customer to them. I appreciate Angel taking the time to help me find things and answer questions. Apparently you no longer offer free shipping if out of stock when in store because I wanted a couple things you were out of and no one offered. I can go on the app to purchase but it was a nice service. My mom is a VIB rouge. I know what sephora used to be like, what's going on?

  Great sephora. Often has the stock that I order online to pick up in store. Friendly and helpful staff. If you ask for advice you can get it! If you don't want to be helped out, that's fine too.
