- LGL G3 days ago1.0This location is the most annoying location to have to go into. You have to listen to the lady at the front desk calling everyone’s phone numbers they have on file about promotions and deals going on. She called one lady twice in a row. To me this is extreme and annoying. The other girl ringing people up is rude and snotty. They make you show your id even if you have all of your account info.

The entire staff here is so helpful and kind and personable! Nina specifically creates such an educational thoughtful environment that allows Salon professionals to shine. There is endless access to so many resources because of how focused they are on the Salon community of this area. Honestly, I’ll just pop in to the store when I have a free minute for a good behind the chair chat.

She was very professional and also funny which makes me really want to come back. She wasnt pushy about anything but let me know about all the amazing deals they had going. It was actually the funnest experiance Ive ever had at any supply store just because of her. I will be back and ask for Vikki to get that same awesome service because she really goes above and beyond!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
