I had incident at the salon centric in Hillsboro where my products were not used and I had my receipt on my app and she refused to help me out or even look at me receipt on my phone .. so I left and went to Beaverton right away having only 30 min before they closed and Jae was amazing and said for me to go and he would gladly help me out gave me great service and feedback was not just very helpful but he was also kind enough to hear me out. I truly do appreciate him . Also don’t want to forget to mention Anthony !! Everytime I go to Beaverton Anthony is great on helping me out a lot and very knowledgeable !!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
