On top of that, this location has repeatedly refused to accept Great Clips coupons emailed to me that state they’re valid at any U.S. location. After today, I won’t be coming back.

She didn't even finish the sides properly before declaring it done. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix this mess. Terrible service today—I'm requesting a refund!
