She didn't even finish the sides properly before declaring it done. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix this mess. Terrible service today—I'm requesting a refund!

I took my son in for a haircut, and the stylist was unbelievably rude and clearly in a rush. She barely took her time, didn’t clean him up properly, and acted like she couldn’t care less. When I asked about it, she blamed her clippers for not working — seriously? Shouldn’t the staff make sure their tools are in working order before starting a haircut? Totally unacceptable. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Great Clips. I will never go back to this location.
