- VSVictoria Moss (SECRETZ)Nov 14, 20251.0I've been getting my haircut but every 6 months for the last two or three years here and been very happy with the service except for the last time I went in I had a coupon but couldn't figure out how to access it on my phone and so I started to ask the guy at the counter every time I open my mouth he interrupted me he was very snotty very rude very disrespectful just shrug your shoulders and walked away from me. Other than this particular person I'm happy with the services that I get it Great clips I'm going to continue to keep going but if I see him when I walk in the door I will turn right back around and walk out I even spoke to the manager about it and it upset me so much that I had a seizure and during my seizure she hung up on me. So basically there's only one person there that I will deal with. Zero stars if possible.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
