(I usually go the east Vancouver great clips, but I was in a hurry) The new guy asked the “more experienced” lady for help with my hair. He wasn’t understanding what I wanted. I just wanted it off my neck and feathered back. She proceeded to do the entire haircut DRY, on my gray, thick, fine hair. She did however, wet my bangs to cut them🤔 she also told me I have weird hair. It’s only weird now that I look like they put a bowl on my head and cut it! I gave the guy a $5 cash tip which he put in his pocket and said “no taxes”. (I wonder if he shared it?)I want my money back. I now have to spend more money getting this fixed so it looks halfway decent.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
