The lady who cut my hair—whose birthday was on January 28th—somehow managed to make me feel uglier after leaving the shop. I didn’t even think that was possible. Before the haircut, I asked for a skin fade. One of the staff members said they could provide that service and assured me they could fade my hair down to the skin. After the haircut, however, the sides were short but nowhere near skin level. On top of that, the barber showed a serious lack of attention to detail—the right side of my hair is still sticking out. Why cut hair as a profession if you’re not going to pay attention to detail? I honestly felt like I was given a false promise just so they could take my money and get me out as quickly as possible. This barber shop is a scam and clearly does not take its work seriously. I was going to tip big if they did a good job, but i ended up realizing its best if I take my business and money elsewhere.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
