They couldn’t find my profile notes, and when I noticed the haircut was going south I called my regular spot to get the notes. They had them, thankfully, so we salvaged some of the cut.

They called other people on the list before my kids, so we waited a very long time beyond what was listed in order. They seemed to know the people they called ahead of us personally. Not a terrible place but I would go to another location next time.
