The manager, Dani, contacted me immediately. She asked me to come in and she personally repaired my hair. She took her time and blended it nicely. It's still short but I can live with it. I would recommend her. If she had cut my hair the first time, I'm sure it would have been 5 stars

They had them, thankfully, so we salvaged some of the cut. Update: Despite Great Clips message below, after contacting corporate I was promised someone from the affiliate would contact me. Still hasn’t happened and months have passed. Zero effort from Great Clips to make it right.

They called other people on the list before my kids, so we waited a very long time beyond what was listed in order. They seemed to know the people they called ahead of us personally. Not a terrible place but I would go to another location next time.
