  Dr. Justin and his team listened to what I needed and customized a plan for me. They are thorough and check in on you throughout the session and after you get home. They have created a very inviting, warm, serene atmosphere which allows you to go into a deep relaxation state. I highly recommend them.

  They tried charging us $50 for cancelling an appointment we made before they opened. I had active food poisoning and couldn’t make it in. Cancelled within 30 minutes of the initial booking. Management had zero empathy. Destroyed the customer relationship before it even started.

  Fantastic experience! I felt well cared for, all my questions were answered professionally, and I came away feeling better than when I walked in! I was nursing a cold, and had to get back to work - I got a hydration IV which seriously pushed me over the hump! The owner Jason is awesome and engaged. Thank you !

  This was my first experience with IV therapy, and my visit to PrimeIV Tualatin location was exceptional. The facility was impeccably clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Dr. Justin and the nursing staff were highly professional and attentive. They took the time to thoroughly explain the process, as well as the benefits of the different IV therapy options available. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase any packages, which I truly appreciated. I look forward to returning. Thank you again for such a positive experience.
