Hanah helped me come up with the cutest idea for a gift to give my daughter & her cheer team! (16 girls total!!) She showed me all the products that were on sale, she showed me how I could break up gift sets and give those as gifts, ect. She just had so many ideas that I hadn’t thought of and as a busy mom, I really really appreciated that. Actually, I needed that today! It was really nice to come into the store not as Salon pro, but as a consumer who needed some help! Thank you Hanah, you nailed it today. Your customer service was out of this world! Ps. The store is beautiful & so clean

Hanah and Aliyah had fast, and quality service that literally made my whole day- in fact, I plan on making this location my regular stop for beauty supplies because of my experience from these two. When I needed a specific color, Salon Centric always came through.... unlike other companies I've been to, who are out of the product I need about 40% of the time. Salon Centric's online shopping is a huge time saver when I need it. I order what I need then just pickup at the store. Thanks!!

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
