Hanah and Aliyah had fast, and quality service that literally made my whole day- in fact, I plan on making this location my regular stop for beauty supplies because of my experience from these two. When I needed a specific color, Salon Centric always came through.... unlike other companies I've been to, who are out of the product I need about 40% of the time. Salon Centric's online shopping is a huge time saver when I need it. I order what I need then just pickup at the store. Thanks!!

Not only are the employees amazing, the entire Salon Centric team, including the reps are fabulous. I have never received more help in my industry from a company. I have been growing my business and my rep Jennifer is out of this world, and genuinely cares about my success as a business owner and artist. I went into Salon Centric the other day to do a big return and Salon Centric was not only accommodating, but they took the time to help me organize my return as well. Liz, Maya and Hannah were working that day, and they were the utmost professional and so kind and patient. It was a big return and it took about an hour. They were absolutely amazing. Best customer service I have ever had compared to any other supply store. They will forever have my business.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
