- APAlicia PetersSep 1, 20252.0My husband got me a gift card for the whole body health package for my birthday. I've been a handful of times before but haven't done one of the packages. Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed. It's $450 for 3 separate one hour treatments but you'd be better off just booking them separately, since you don't actually get a full massage. You get a little bit of massage and a lot of back and forth with the body treatment, which just feels like a waste and then they have to rush. They also upsell you to the spa enhancements without telling you they will cost an extra $30 -- I said my lower back bothered me so she asked if it was okay to use CBD lotion on it and I said yes, without realizing that was an extra cost. I did purposefully ask for the scalp treatment as I had gotten a complimentary one in my email, but all that consisted of was her putting oil on my hair (none on my scalp) and a quick scalp massage with some tactful hair pulling. It was not as advertised. I also checked that I did NOT want input into my skin care routine on my check in form but that was ignored and I still got the unwanted advice and she still tried to get me to buy a product after. Plus, I would have appreciated being asked if I wanted the "extractions" part of the facial since that just makes my acne worse. Overall just disappointing given the cost.
