First time in my hair cuts done across multiple branches of Great clips, I'm hearing a stylist say there are various other salons in the area If you want a smoother hair cut and he doesn't have good instruments available for him. ! The good old story of poor workmanship blaming it on tools. Wow the audacity thinking hes giving me a free hair cut. This is despite the fact that he has notes of my previous hair cut done from a different branch and also a picture that i showed him..the cutting done was nothing short of a disaster. A big call out to the people visiting here, beware if you are going and cutting your hair here..it's going to make it look very worse in a way you can't even show up for work the next day.... would have given 0 stars if Google gives that opportunity

The manager lady (Maria??) and another lady were real busy but acknowledged me right away. then as I watched the manager beginning to cut a young girls hair (with special needs) and the patience and love and kindness that the manager showed to the young girl was heart warming to say the least. I was blown away at her gentle care of the young girl. When the girls mom came out of bathroom i told her how much love the manager had given to her daughter, and she said she had been there before, I smiled and walked away. I got a good haircut and the same kindness from the manager. Will def. be back. after a trying hard day These actions from the manager made my day better :)
