Maybe I’m just old school but I don’t even get a trim or even a hair cut on dry clean or dirty hair. Short cuts can lead to bad results IMO

I went to Great Clips – Tanasbourne Village, Portland, and they flat out refused to honor/validate Great Clips coupons, even though the coupon clearly says valid in Portland and surrounding areas. When I asked them to at least try entering the code in the system, they didn’t even attempt it — just said “we don’t accept it.” This is misleading and unfair. Why issue coupons if certain locations won’t honor them? Customers expect consistency, not excuses. I won’t be returning, and I hope corporate takes notice.
