We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

The store is always well stocked, but most importantly everyone I’ve met that works here rocks. Not just in the usual customer service sense but they always feel really genuine. they’re so sweet, and actually have a lot of product knowledge and know the questions to ask you to help you narrow down what you’re looking for.

She was so kind and welcoming, It made my son’s birthday! We left with a bath bomb, a bubble bar and a couple samples— He went home and immediately used them! Thank you Mimi, you totally rock!

They are quick to make suggestions and offer samples so you can figure out what you like without having to commit to a full size. They will sit and help you find what you are looking for without rushing you. I love how they are an ethical company with awesome products and scents, I’ve slowly been transitioning all my self care products to LUSH because of the quality. I love supporting a store that cares about the environment, their employees, and their customers. The effort they put in is truly noticeable. They go above and beyond.
