  The process of setting up an appointment and the procedure was very simple and well explained. I enjoyed the service I had done here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a variety of medspa treatments! Also, I truly love supporting women-led businesses, especially in a medical care setting. I will definitely be returning.

  Went in for an exam. They looked at one thing on my hand and that was it. Didn't do a full skin exam at all, like they've done at all other dermatologists I've ever been too. Very cold and unfriendly. Felt like a cattle call. Will go elsewhere. Edit 1/29/26: Per the response of the apparent owner shown below, I will state that I visited the dermatology clinic, not the medical spa. One is suite 100, the other is suite 200. They operate under the same business name and I do not know if they are completely separate entities. If they are owned/operated as a whole, by the same people, then I stand by my review. If not, do not apply this review to the medical spa side of things. Edit 2 1/29/26(3 hours later): After receiving an email from the owner asking me to update this review. I actually called and scheduled an appointment to have an issue looked at. I figured a second chance might be in order and this clinic does have the best reviews in town. After scheduling I recieved a phone call about 45 minutes later from the scheduling manager(or someone to that affect) basically to "ask" me to cancel this appointment because of the 1 star review that was left prior. I say "ask" because the individual on the phone essentially told me that they don't see patients that have left a poor review(not quite sure on the legality of this and I wasn't offered a referal to a different clinic). This seems pretty unprofessional to me, as they obviously don't care to be given a second chance to do better. I suppose be warned of places like this that will literally dox you from their clinic for having an opinion.
