Through a friend I had heard of how AMAZING Ashley at the JC Penney’s salon is. My friend kept talking to me till I finally caved and decided to go see Ashley. Making an appointment was super easy, Clean salon, so relaxing and clam. Ashley is absolutely a delightful person to meet. She was so clam and took her time explaining and checking with me throughout the whole process, after I told her my fears of getting a bad cut. She even took time to explain my hair type and tips on maintaining waves/curly hair types. I can say 1,000%, she has a customer for as long as she cuts hair. I have never felt more beautiful with my new hair cut. Fears gone and confidence is back. If you’re looking for an incredible experience please go see Ashley at JC Penney’s Salon! You won’t regret it.

I always bring my teenage daughter and middle school son in because Ashley has been super helpful and intuitive with our diverse energies and styles. I can trust her to point my daughter in the right direction with her needs, get on the level with my picky and energetic son, and be down to earth for my basic shave. It’s an experience we look forward to for enjoyment, style, and even JC Penney’s shopping pointers.
