    The salon is nice and the staff is friendly. Ashley was really great - talented and a good listener. I left with the exact haircut I wanted!

    We visit the JC Penney’s salon regularly. The staff have all been kind and helpful when we’re there. I always bring my teenage daughter and middle school son in because Ashley has been super helpful and intuitive with our diverse energies and styles. I can trust her to point my daughter in the right direction with her needs, get on the level with my picky and energetic son, and be down to earth for my basic shave. It’s an experience we look forward to for enjoyment, style, and even JC Penney’s shopping pointers.

    Ashley Hayes Campbell did an amazing job highlighting my hair! It looks so good! She is very pleasant to talk to and really good at the work that she does. Very pleased and thankful. I've gotten compliments on my hair all day!:)

    I am a brunette; went in to get highlights and came out a blonde! My bangs are completely blonde and really heavily colored on right side as opposed to my left. My stylist kept getting interrupted because Monday's they don't have receptionist. She was really slow which I think contributed to my uneven color. She tried really hard to play off her mistake and added toner and whatever the other six layers of treatment she tried but my hair is awful! I tipped because it is Christmas time; but my shoulder length hair should not have taken over 4hrs. I usually get my hair highlighted once a year, and this time went little over a year so it was "from scratch" but I'm in my late 40's and since it's routine for me, I am well aware of the drill. She didn't weave the parts of my hair for foil it was just straight across was one red flag for me but by time I noticed I already had the back of my hair in foils...... There was no going back.
