- VMV MAug 6, 20251.0Stopped by at 4:30pm today. Doors shut and locked with someone inside with foils in their hair, that walked to the backroom when they saw me at the door. Online and door both say the store closes at 6pm... bad customer service to not even leave a note on the door or even turn off the open sign...

- TAToni AngeloJan 13, 20255.0I went in on Sunday, 13 January. First time coming in and the front desk person was absolutely amazing. I cannot remember her name because my memory sucks. But she walked me through the products that I didn’t quite understand because I’m a student and got me signed up and just really want the extra mile !! She has like a copper red short hair. I absolutely loved her and I think she deserves a 10 star rating if I could. I was very anxious on what to buy because I didn’t want to ruin my first model outside of School’s hair.! And it was a huge success, no breakage the product she provided me were absolutely helpful and she even helped me find deals with their system down meaning she had to look a few different ways to try to find the prices and the deals. She just really went out of her way for the customer and absolutely an amazing employee of this Clackamas location.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
