- VMV MAug 6, 20251.0Stopped by at 4:30pm today. Doors shut and locked with someone inside with foils in their hair, that walked to the backroom when they saw me at the door. Online and door both say the store closes at 6pm... bad customer service to not even leave a note on the door or even turn off the open sign...

The staff here is always friendly and goes beyond! one night the lady working there even stayed open late to ensure I was able to purchase my product. This time, It was the Best customer service experience of my life!! The sales rep Nina needs a raise and promotion. She showed genuine care, concern and Deserie to make sure I got just what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to give me facts and information about the products. As well as talking to me about the app, walking me threw set up and speaking to me like i was a friend not just a customer. Today is customer appreciation day but hats off to you Nina and all the staff at this location the apriciation goes to you!!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
