However, what truly set this visit apart was the exemplary level of customer service. The staff members I believe Charlie and Krystal are not only profoundly friendly but also impressively knowledgeable. I was looking for a product to give my face extra moisture, and instead of just pointing me to an area, the employees took the time to understand my needs and offered highly curated suggestions. Their recommendations were spot-on, demonstrating a level of product expertise that you simply don’t encounter much these days. It is refreshing to be assisted by professionals who are both passionate about what they do and attentive to their customers. Between the welcoming energy and the stellar staff, this has officially become my new go-to destination.
