I checked in online and was able to get my haircut shortly after I walked in the door. I showed the stylist (I think her name was Katey) a couple pictures, she explained my hair was a little different from the photos and by asking questions all along the way, was able to give me the haircut I wanted. She took her time and regularly blew the hair off the cape. She showed the products that she used and took notes in the system what she did with my hair for future reference. Everyone seemed to be friendly and there was a pleasant energy to the place. I have a new favorite place to go for a haircut!
- MRMathew ReinhartFeb 25, 20262.0I came in at 6:22 PM (38 minutes before closing) and asked if they had time for a cut. They said yes, but the experience that followed was incredibly unprofessional. I specifically asked for 2 inches left on top and did not ask for my beard to be touched. Despite this, the stylist was very rough, cut significantly more off the top than I requested, and gave me a goatee beard I never asked for. I ended up having to shave my entire face as soon as I got home to fix it before I went to the gym. To make matters worse, she used thinning shears directly against my scalp without a comb to protect the skin or gauge the depth. As I was leaving, the stylist was rude, and the other stylist was laughing at the situation. It felt like they were rushing to get out by 7:00 PM and treated me like a nuisance rather than a customer. If you want a stylist who listens to your instructions and maintains professional standards, I would suggest going elsewhere.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
