- ACAnnastacia CamburnFeb 13, 20265.0I was in town for the Holidays and needed a little me time. The NOW's instagram ad pulled me in and luckily they had plenty of options for me to come in. I got there a bit early and the hostess got me signed in and offered me some water. I sat down and another customer came in - it was the Owner! She chatted with me about the place, how it came to be, etc. She was lovely and made me feel good about my choice to try out The NOW. I had Kasey (Casey?) and he was so intuitive and thoughtful. After the massage he chatted with me about his observations + what I could do to both maintain the new ease in my muscles but also stave off the tension a little longer. He was very kind and I felt really seen and taken care of. I will definitely go back next time I'm in town!

I just found out that I paid $250 in December and $250 January for a total of FOUR 80 MIN massages but have only been able to book 50 MIN times due to availability on either side. They HAVE USED THE 80 MIN CREDITS to cover the 50 MIN MASSAGE. What in the WORLD?!?!!! I don’t even want to go there anymore. I would never treat my returning customers this way. They would never allow me to pay for a 50 MIN session and GET 80. Read the fine print. Then read it again and ask questions every time you book, every time you make a change to your payment method, and about the massages you get. This is really unfortunate for the therapists. :-( ————————————————- Sooooo difficult to book. Have credits stacking up and ready to cancel - but then I only have three months to use them! Stressful.
