  Came in to ask for help on an issue I was encountering with a product I purchased. They wouldn’t even look at the product and instead told me “we are here just to sell product”. This isn’t my first time with customer service issues at Sephora this year and will be moving my beauty spend back to Nordstrom, Target/Ulta and Dermstore - all companies I feel very comfortable that they want to make sure I’m having a positive experience with their product.

  The employees here are so extremely nice and go out of their way to be kind to my daughters that I bring in with me to shop. I really appreciate their kind treatment towards kids and teens.

  To the lady working the cash register on 1/17/26 she was extremely rude you need to learn some manners and how to treat young women coming in to the store to shop. You need manners you were very rude for no reason. Not just to us but to other costumers too. SHAME ON YOU Sephora employees do better.🩷

  Employees were extremely rude and disrespectful when my sister walked in wearing a white freedom hat to the point that they refused to help us grab our online order. Your customer service was non existent and the stares and glares were so uncalled for.
