- SFSonna FaulknerDec 7, 20251.0Employees were extremely rude and disrespectful when my sister walked in wearing a white freedom hat to the point that they refused to help us grab our online order. Your customer service was non existent and the stares and glares were so uncalled for.
- BBBrooke BerryOct 7, 20251.0I went to return makeup I accidentally picked the wrong color and realized when I got home. Didn’t open the makeup, tape still on the wrapper in perfect condition. Went back a little after the 30 days when my makeup ran out. I didn’t know you can’t even exchange after 30 days. Manager was extremely rude, lost my business because they wouldn’t give me an exchange for the correct color. This was where I buy all my makeup, never buying from a Sephora again. Need to have better customer service and better exchange policy.
