- AKAlexandria KingApr 8, 20251.0I hate leaving a bad review for a place I normally love and has felt like a second home for 10 years. Today was an absolute nightmare dealing with Claudia. The salon I work at is in La Pine so I typically have my partner pick up my products for me, since he works in Bend. I made an online order and the website never said they were out of the smaller flash lift bleach. When my partner arrived to get my things, (mind you I added his name on the notes that he would be picking up my stuff and he had a screen shot of my order) which he has done multiple times for me with 0 issue. When he arrived he was asked for the order number and I gave it to her. She than told me they don’t have the flash lift in a smaller size and asked if I had a credit card on file which I didn’t. I tried ordering the flashlight online but the store said the larger size was out of stock which it wasn’t. As you can imagine this is frustrating so instead of having my partner be the middle person I asked to speak to Claudia to offer a faster resolution and she refused to even speak to me. My partner had to put me on speaker since she was offering absolutely no help. She kept making comments before I was placed on speaker that were extremely rude. She ended up calling her supervisor Jaclyn I believe who was able to take my credit card over the phone since it technically was a faulty error on salon centrics side. Grateful Jaclyn resolved the issue but am still so shocked by Claudia’s customer service. Unfortunately this is a place of business where only professionals can go to but I hope Claudia gets reprimanded.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
