  I had the most delightful experience at Lush this morning. To be quite honest, I had never stepped foot inside a Lush before today, but the atmosphere was so inviting that I decided to wander in—and I am so incredibly glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the vibes were impeccable. It’s rare to find a retail space that feels both sophisticated and genuinely warm. However, what truly set this visit apart was the exemplary level of customer service. The staff members I believe Charlie and Krystal are not only profoundly friendly but also impressively knowledgeable. I was looking for a product to give my face extra moisture, and instead of just pointing me to an area, the employees took the time to understand my needs and offered highly curated suggestions. Their recommendations were spot-on, demonstrating a level of product expertise that you simply don’t encounter much these days. It is refreshing to be assisted by professionals who are both passionate about what they do and attentive to their customers. Between the welcoming energy and the stellar staff, this has officially become my new go-to destination. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates quality service ,a pleasant shopping environment , and great product options!

  Megan WAS sensational. And honestly, sensational is an understatement. She was such a sweetheart with a clear passion for her job and so knowledgeable on everything! Throughout our entire shopping experience, she made us feel so special and guided us through everything we had questions on. She is such a ray of sunshine and beautiful soul! I cannot express how truly thoughtful and spectacular she was! Parris and all the other staff were also just so stellar and made shopping there so enjoyable! Not enough words of praise for the amazing staff of this store. 🩷

  Huge thank you to the incredible staff at LUSH. I had my daughter’s 7th birthday here and it could not have been more wonderful. What a unique idea and a fun way to celebrate a birthday! Crystal was fantastic at planning the party when I initially came in and Cyprianna was our incredible party host! It really takes a lot of patience looking after eight 7 year olds! The girls made bath bombs, bubble bath and played many fun games! Thank you so much for making a very special day.

  as a dude with little hair and a large beard I get weird responses from staff when I go into ulta. I never get that at lush, they are always helpful and make me feel like im allowed to be there.
