Instead I used the older lady with an accent who has small glasses and an older 60's hair cut. Terrible idea. She couldn't even own up to cutting one side shorter then the other. Kept blaming it on a scar that Dai never had an issue with. The lady needs to have some accountability and just apologize for her mistake.

There is a lady who works there and she is not kind and friendly at all. Unfortunately, I don't know her name but she is a middle-aged Chinese lady. I have had very bad experiences with her for myself and my son before. So, I decided to never go with her again. Recently, I went there and unfortunately she was the only one who was working at that time and I needed the haircut. Like before I had bad experiences this time as well. She was not kind and friendly at all. She also didn't do the exact haircut that I wanted. I picked a short hair style and at the beginning she argued that my haircut style would be too much like a man's style. Also, at the end, she didn't cut my back hair as much as I wanted and said that would be too short. I think the hair stylist should follow the the style that the customer wants, not pushing their ideas. Beside that particular worker, I love this Great Clips, but I would never go with the same lady again.
