She messed up my hair and I told her three times please do it this way she was in a rush. She won using the machine wasn’t even look at my hair in five minutes. she told me you’re done and I have to point out where the leftover hairs are upper upper my hair she didn’t even touch it. I have to tell her either. She have an eye issue or she was not into that work then she charged me $23 and I have to go to a different barber. once I went over there, they couldn’t fix it because that was already messed up. They couldn’t do much about it because thy messed up my hair. Thy is the worst.

After growing my hair out for 18 months, plus going to a boutique salon to maintain a style, I made the mistake of getting a cut at GC after work this week. The woman mentioned her notes and I specifically said, "Yeah, we're not doing that anymore. I've been growing my hair out." I showed her a photo of ME with my new hairstyle and she got to work. What I ended up with was a mix of my old Pixie cut and long (to the chin) sides that flip up and out. I couldn't really tell what had taken place until I got home and tried to style my hair. It's about 2.5" ALL OVER with Lloyd Christmas bangs and side flips. I'm beyond mad but all I can do is laugh; otherwise I'd cry. Eighteen months of work and patience growing my hair out to a more complimentary hairstyle and this woman butchered me because she didn't listen to what I asked for. I will NEVER go to another Great Clips. I can't afford to make this kind of mistake again. I'll now be paying my other stylist another $80 to save me from this awful coif. Save your money and your sanity.
