Amy was amazing was calm cool and collected and listened to what I wanted and even told me what I wanted wasn't going to work and found a way to cut it so it worked for me. She ended up getting not as big of a tip because of the coupon issue I only brought so much money. She deserves a raise for how she handled what could have been very disappointing end to a great hair cut. 5 star employee for sure
