Brandy was FANTASTIC, but Pamela I believe her name was needs to be FIRED. She made my experience there AWFUL and harassed ME and Brandy while Brandy was trying to complete my hair cut. Pamela is extremely unprofessional. She refused me service because she “couldn’t do it” when I wanted a pretty simple hair cut, so she passed me off to Brandy then was mad at me that I was there til after 7. I got there an hour before closing and was on the list since 5:30pm. It was the worst experience of my life. Brandy was amazing and handled it extremely professionally. SHE needs to be the manager. I’ve managed grooming salons before (different I know) but if one of my stylists treated a customer and employee the way Pamela did she would be fired immediately. Pamela repeatedly interrupted my hair cut extremely rudely while brandy was trying to finish my hair cut. Over and over and over. Someone needs to handle Pamela. PERIOD. She is going to destroy this great clips.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
