  Just to make this clear- this review is for a specific beauty advisor(Rita N) , not the store in general. I had a full glam makeup appointment on Saturday for my wedding. Getting my makeup done at Sephora for my wedding was a huge gamble in the first place, but it was just a small wedding of only 8 guests…. I show up and am told to sit at a station and my advisor would be with me shortly. Rita promptly came over and introduced herself. She was very sweet and very polite. She asked me what event I was getting my makeup done for and I told her it was my wedding! She was very excited and a few other girls who overheard came over to congratulate me which was very nice. Rita started asking me some questions about my skin type, concerns, what look I was going for, and if I had any reference photos. I showed her a few and she said she totally got the vibe I was going for. She said she was going to grab some products and be right back. She started, and would occasionally ask me questions on if I liked the colour pallets she picked out, if my foundation/concealer was how I wanted it or if I wanted more coverage in any spots, asked me about blush and bronzer shades and gave me some to pick from, always stopping to show me the progress and ask if I wanted anything changed or fixed. She had listened to me so well and was so skilled and knowledgeable everything was perfect. I think I only asked her once to add something in. When it was all done I seriously could not believe how incredible my makeup looked, like I never thought it would be that amazing. Not only that, but my makeup lasted alllllll day and alllllll night with no touchups required. I have a very oily t zone so I was seriously shocked by this! I can’t thank her enough and will seriously come back just for her! I don’t generally have a great experience in this location, customer service just isn’t great. But Rita was FANTASTIC!

  I was struggling with my day to day lip shade Kenny was such a great help!! She found the perfect one for me❤️ The whole staff was really helpful

  I went to buy a few things for my birthday. I initially bought LoveShackFancy Moondance 10 mil for $44. Once I got to my car, my friend told me she got me the trio set. I went back right away to return the one I bought. The Indian girl told me it was returned but didn't let me insert my debit card to get the refund, claiming there was no need to! She also did not give me a copy of the return receipt, claiming she emailed it to me instead. I went back to my car, and before leaving, checked my inbox, but nothing came in, so I went back to ask. Another older girl checked and explained to me that no return was ever made! Hence, I never received an email. I'm glad I checked and went back to ask. Just imagine if I had left and then waited five days for the return to show up in my account like the Indian girl suggested—no one would have believed I returned the perfume because there was no return, and I would have lost $44 and the product!
