Made a purchase for over 200$ today and cashier was over the top rude when I tried to claim my birthday gift in the same transaction. Her name was klarna pretty sure. Full of attitude, rude and unfriendly.

I can ask other customers to move? All that So we can be done and leave quick ? You can review the footage at the time and date mentioned and it was in the perfume aisle

We were in line today and a woman asked for an extra bag because she purchased two $100 gift cards and wanted to present the gifts separately to two people in her life and wanted each gift card to be in its own bag. Simple right? Wrong. The girl cashing me out said no you can’t get a second bag. We only allow one bag per purchase. The customer said i purchased two items and they’re for two people does that work? And the green haired girl said no you can’t get a second bag. I offered to buy her a bag and they rudely said no we don’t sell the bags. How ignorant is that? We spent thousands of dollars there this year alone. This woman got $200 worth of gift cards and can’t get a second bag? This is unacceptable and I’m just gonna go to ulta in the states from now on. Where’s the Christmas spirit? Where’s the kindness? The septum theory is right too btw
