I was hoping to ask a sales associate what’s the difference between the regular olaplaex and olaplaex for fine hair because I have both coarse and fine hair. I bought my stuff anyways because I came in with shopping bags so I was struggling to reach down and pick up the products.

You can only use the front main cash register if you’re using cash and the “express checkout” is no longer actually express as you have to wait in line even longer to get your items scanned and paid for. Not really sure why they switched but it was the worst move ever. Maybe they’re trying to not get customers to come in and buy online?

My daughter and I went in specifically for MAC products and what wonderful surprise we had in finding the MAC rep, Randy! He was absolutely patient and knowledgeable and really helped me to find the right products.
