However I was told if the coupon was not good I would be charged full price and there way of knowing till I checked out. I said that is silly. The employee responded "I am not the owner if you don't feel good about it don't do it" and proceeds to walk away. I walked out and never will return to a place that does seem to care about customers. To bad they lost a sale and future business. Only 1 person was there that was leaving maybe that is why no business.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
