  I had a really great experience with Astrid a few weeks ago. She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in helping me choose the right shampoo and conditioner. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

  We had my daughter’s 9th birthday party at Lush (Vaughan Mills) on Saturday, March 7th, 2026, and honestly, it couldn’t have gone better. The hostesses were amazing—super friendly, really professional, and great with the kids. They had so much energy and kept everyone engaged the whole time, which made a huge difference. You could tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. The activities were such a hit. The kids loved making their own bath bombs and getting to take them home after. The facials made them all feel so grown up and pampered, which was really cute to see. And “Hot Jelly” was definitely a highlight—lots of laughs and excitement. Everything was really well organized, and I didn’t have to stress about anything, which as a parent is the best part. The loot bags were also a big win with the kids. Overall, it was just a really fun, easy, and memorable experience. I’d definitely recommend Lush at Vaughan Mills for a kids’ birthday party.

  I cannot say enough about the welcoming and hands-on experience and customer service I had at Lush. I went in there for my goddaughter's birthday to buy her a bath bomb and we had the pleasure of encountering Amir. From the jump when he found out it was her bday and we there for a bath bombs, he made her feel extra special, he showed us the range of bath bombs and also the bubble bar. He also gave me the options for other items for a sticky date smell I got a whiff of and loved. I ended up leaving with the scrub and lotion after a lovely demonstration. I loved his dedication but also that he was willing to give me demonstrations of any'of the products I liked and he made great recommendations. I will also say that I appreciate that he gave the same effort and attention to everyone.. there were 3 little girls who came in while I was shooping they were not shopping just curious and loved the products, without hesitation Amir gave them samples and melted a bath bomb to show them how it worked when they were asking what is was. You have made me a new and loyal customer single handedly!
