  Got my eyebrows done today at the Benefit Brow Bar by Isabella and she was amazing! Her attention to detail and gentle approach were fantastic. I’ll definitely be coming back for a follow-up. Thank you Sephora Vaughan Mills, and Bella from Benefit!

  This is the worst Sephora in Canada. Ever since the managers changed to Michelle and Brad, they’ve shown neither proper management skills nor any sense of customer service. The experience has become really awful , especially because of Brad.

  I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at Sephora, yet I never receive any free samples — not even when I ask politely. I’m starting to wonder whether it’s the sales associates who withhold them or if this is a Sephora policy. Either way, it’s disappointing. Other stores and brand counters always include samples, which makes me feel valued as a customer. Sephora really needs to train its staff to offer samples as advertised and to treat loyal customers better. At this point, I’d rather buy directly from the brands, since at least they appreciate my business and provide samples without hesitation.

  Imagine going to a make up store and not being able to do your make up , tried to reschedule my appointment, magically all the appointments disappeared and magically all the make up artistes left and went home and only beauty advisors are left , plus they don’t pick up the phones, it’s hard to find people who love their jobs, everything is a bother to these employees, you feel like a burden, no one tries to accommodate you, employees walking around aimlessly, just a generic sorry and no care. I went to a different makeup store around the corner, less employees just as busy but they didnot turn me away, they said none of our agents are available but you can use our supplies to do your face as they saw I was in despair , guided me thru the entire process of applying my makeup, suggested products and also applied some lashes I bought from them, not once did the Sephora employees try to empathize with my situation or made any suggestions, they flat out don’t care and just csncel appointment slots as they feel even having ample staff

  This location is extremely busy, understandably more so due to the current Canada Post strike that impacts Sephora online deliveries so more people are shopping in store. However, when the line is snaking in the store and is always 20 to 25 people long and there's only three cashiers helping cash people out, that is a problem. I'm not sure what the management needs to do with this location, perhaps it's having a dedicated return line or managers and supervisors dealing with the difficult transactions or returns to keep the line moving. It is just overall not a pleasant experience.
