    Isabella with benefit brow bar is very informative.She deals me very good.I like her customer service. She tells me everything indetails for products.I really like experience with her.we talked about doing my brows next time, and showed me how to fill in my eyebrows

    Dear Sephora Customer Service Team, I am writing to report an unpleasant experience my family and I had at one of your Sephora stores. During our visit, a Beauty Studio employee named Puja behaved unprofessionally toward my wife. My wife approached her politely to seek advice about a product. Instead of assisting or responding courteously, the employee ignored her request and abruptly stated that she needed to attend to another customer and could not explain anything. No effort was made to guide my wife, suggest another staff member, or provide basic customer service. This interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful, which was disappointing, especially from a brand known for its customer-focused service and inclusivity. We expect Sephora employees to treat all customers with courtesy, patience, and professionalism. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and appropriate steps will be taken to ensure better customer service in the future. Thank you for your time and attention.

    Aaliyah helped me a few weeks ago, and she was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She was able to perfectly colour match me just by looking at me, and we later confirmed she was spot on using the Sephora match tool. Her customer service and attention to detail are exceptional, and she made the entire experience feel effortless and personalized. She helped me choose a HUDA foundation and Patrick Ta blush which have been working nicely with my skin tone! Thank you again!

    I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at the Vaughan Mills Sephora left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. A staff member named Praveer Singh was rude and unprofessional and publicly accused me of being “flagged” by Sephora. This accusation was made loudly, in front of other customers, which felt unnecessary and humiliating since everyone around me started looking at me. The whole situation made me feel very anxious. I later contacted Sephora customer service the same day and was informed, politely and professionally, that my account was not flagged. For context, I previously worked at Sephora, so I am familiar with internal policies and customer service standards. Being “flagged” typically implies suspicious activity such as theft, which made the accusation especially inappropriate, especially considering I am a Rouge member who spends thousands of dollars annually. Sephora employees are usually kind and helpful, even during busy hours, and my one-star review is not a reflection of the rest of the staff. It is solely based on this specific interaction, which did not meet Sephora’s expected standards of professionalism and respect. But I will not be going to Vaughan Mills Sephora again.
