My friends and I enjoy going to this spa for the day. I usually get my haircut with Christina who is so good. The power pedicure is good too. My friends enjoy the massages. We have lunch ordered inside and it’s usually decent. It’s a bit expensive but worth it for the ambiance. Service is always very good. They have all the requisite amenities

Poor customer service. Do not trust your work-related bookings to this team. Booked spa services for clients during work trip, received confirmation from the Spa. Clients even went to purchase swim wear ahead of appointment to enjoy the pool/steam/sauna etc. When we arrived for the Spa services the Spa said there was a booking error and they booked it for 2 months in the future. Great disappointment, Poorly handled by booking staff and Management. I would strongly advise you take important work related booking elsewhere.

I had a great experience at the Four Seasons spa. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had all the standard amenities you would expect. The staff were personable and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One thing to note is that weekend appointments are limited to 90-minute massages, which is something to consider.

Okay, so here’s the honest review of the spa experience, including the amenities you gain access. We came in earlier to experience the other amenities, and that was just OK and took more away from the experience as a whole. The change rooms are luxurious, and offer snacks, teas, and full service grooming products (free). The pool area was the downside of this whole experience, I read in another review that they don’t overbook, well it certainly didn’t seem like it. That might be hard to control if the area is being shared with hotel guests and building residents. The pool itself was an average size, but for the number of people that could be there, it was small. There were loungers and seating, but it was a little while until loungers freed up for us. There’s also a hot tub area and a small sauna which are nice additions. The biggest hit to the ambience of the place was when families with young and loud kids showed up. Then it felt like you were at any holiday inn with a pool. If they’re looking to portray this as a luxury spa amenity, a separate area relaxed area for spa guests would’ve been a much better idea. Now the massage services, that’s where everything was redeemed. We did the hot stone massage, and I can confidently say that was the best massage therapy I’ve had. It felt more like an experience instead of just “massage therapy”. We went mid-day on a Friday, I’d recommend going on an odd day/time to have a more relaxed experience. Overall, the experience was worth trying out, but the price definitely doesn’t warrant more than a sporadic special occasion, unless your insurance fully covers it.

Genuinely the 90min deep tissue massage I got today from Ralph was ELITE. Absolutely sensational massage just somehow managed to target just the right places.
