  Dear Management, please train your staff to make customers feel welcome. No one smiles. I went today to pick up my perfume. But didn’t have pleasant experience. The only person who was sweet is the lady at the perfume section when I went there to get a demo of the perfume I bought before the pick up. Kudos to her. However, I won’t be going to this store again. Never had such experience at any other store. I hope this will be improved.

  I’ve visited many Sephora stores, but this location was a very disappointing experience. The cashier was rude and unprofessional, with no customer service at all. This is the second time I’ve had the same experience, which is very disappointing.

  I had such a great experience yesterday thanks to an associate named Zee. She helped me get perfectly shade matched using a device that made the whole process super precise and easy. She also helped out my husband as well with his skincare. She even sent me a full list of all the products in my exact shade, which I really appreciated. You can tell she really knows her product knowledge and takes pride in what she does. On top of that, her makeup was absolutely beautiful she truly practices what she recommends. Overall, such a smooth and enjoyable experience!

  Always jam packed and hard to move around. Despite that it's sometimes hard to find help from staff when they're fully staffed. Multiple missing samples so I was not able to try some things I wanted to get. Also, half of them are just downright fake or rude. Not happy with their jobs. Still leaving a 3-star as there was a couple friendly ladies who helped me out.

  your undercover loss prevention girlie working today pretending to be a “customer” in a black coat needs a new occupation because she’s not very good at her undercover job. like girl, i’m not stupid. she made it VERY obvious that she’s following me to EVERY section in the store i go to and pretending to look at products RIGHT beside me. i work retail literally IN the eaton centre and have to watch for suspicious people coming into my store, but i actually know when i need to watch someone and when i don’t need to. i get profiled everywhere i go just because i have a lot of visible tattoos and a face tattoo, but it doesn’t mean i’m planning on stealing?? your company literally hires people who are heavily tattooed like me. i’ve spent thousands of dollars at sephora and this turned my normal shopping routine of popping into sephora after work to pick up my favourite lilly lashes into an anxiety ridden nightmare and made me feel like i’m a criminal. i couldn’t even finish browsing the josie maran collection because i felt like i wasn’t allowed to pick anything up without someone watching my every single move. there’s a reason i normally do buy online pick up in store at this location and it appears that that’s STILL the best option for me. do BETTER.
