- YSYasaman S1 day ago1.0I had a very frustrating experience at this location. I came in for a purchase and had two items to return. The cashier assisting me seemed unfamiliar with how to locate transactions — even after I provided the order number and showed the purchase on my profile, I had to repeat myself multiple times while she insisted it wasn’t there. Eventually, she found it, but the process was unnecessarily difficult and came with a lot of attitude. To clarify, I had two separate returns: • One was tied to a transaction she initially couldn’t find. • The second was due to a mistake from another store. I had purchased two items from the same brand in different colours, and when I returned one previously, they processed it under the wrong colour. I came to this location to return the other colour too. Instead of helping resolve what was clearly a simple mix-up, the manager refused the second return due to the mismatch and sent me back to the original store. What’s disappointing is that I was making a $400 purchase that same day and have spent over $1,500 recently. Yet for a ~$100 return, there was no effort to help or even look into it further. They said I need to go to other store. They need to pull their camera recording to see and confirm this happened. Wow!!! When I went back to the other location, they handled it immediately — no questions, no hassle, just good customer service. Overall, this location made a simple situation unnecessarily complicated and left a very poor impression.
