  I had the most amazing experience here thanks to Joshua. He helped me with all my questions with the makeup, and went above and beyond. He's passionate, thoughtful, and compassionate. This is my favourite MAC store now because of him.

  This is for Norhan, The lady took a great deal of effort to make my experience at MAC extremely comfortable and effective. She warmly welcomed and assisted me through my very first make up purchase experience which could have easily made me feel anxious and overwhelmed. But thanks to her, it felt relaxed. She heard all my concerns, asked me questions to understand my needs better, helped me like a friend who understands. I felt heard, seen and cared for. She taught me so much today. Thank you so much Norhan, I really appreciate all the effort and time you put to make my experience better. Hope to see you soon at MAC again.

  Shanice and the manager Alison were excellent. Both provided best service. Both were professional, knowledgeable and gentle approach. Alison is amazing manager and thank you for adding me on the email list. Employees like you truly make a difference in customer loyalty. Alison and Shanice were outstanding representatives of MAC store and a valuable asset to the team. If there is any recognition program, they certainly deserves it for the excellent work.

  I went to the store at Fairview and I had such a great experience thanks to Josh, the associate. He was incredibly kind, patient and took the time to explain everything properly instead of rushing through it. He helped me find my exact shades, which made a huge difference and really boosted my confidence.
