  i was helped by a lovely associate with red hair!! it was my birthday and i came in to ask if they did birthday freebies and she made me cute a gift bag with freebies of my favourite scent super milk! DEF COMING BACK FOR A RESTOCK ONCE I RUN OUT🫶

  Zoey helped me today 01/31/26 and I have to say this was the BEST customer service I have received in a long time from any establishment I've visited, she's kind caring and extremely knowledgeable about the products and how to best fit your needs. Sometimes I find lush rather intimidating and don't really know what I'm doing and honestly te d to avoid it but she made the process smooth and easy and was very welcoming and non judgmental. If you go in I highly recommend to ask for Zoey and if head office sees this GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!!

  I’m a regular Lush customer and recently started exploring your face products (I've only ever tried your body care) Because I have very sensitive skin, I specifically go in to request samples before committing to a full-size product which is something I’ve done at another Lush location the week prior to this with no issues and a superrr positive experience. When I visited the Yorkdale location with my mom, we knew exactly what we wanted (a face mask sample for me and one for her) Upon entering, several employees were standing together chatting. When I asked the group for help, I genuinely felt like I was interrupting them. The employee that eventually helped me appeared visibly annoyed when i asked for a sample. Like I get it, im not spending money but I'm literally sampling so I can come back and buy a full size face mask! At home, I checked the samples and the sample size was extremely small compared to the sample I received at another Lush location. Whatever but the label omg. The labeling looked rushed and scribbled, with no care or professionalism. I attached a photo to show im not exaggerating. How could you look at that and say, yeahhhhhh perfect! Pleaseeee be for real 🙄 To be clear, I DO NOT expect large samples, and I understand what a sample is. The sample size on its own isnt even a huge issue because that could be their standard which is totally fine, but its the annoyed attitude on top of the scribble thats leaving a bad taste in my mouth. It was basically a, "here damn", kind of moment.
