  This location has to be the best lush out there. Every time I’ve gone I have received the best service possible. I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Kelsey. Super helpful, knowledgeable on the product and beyond excellent overall! Keep up the good work Kelsey! :)

  My friend fell on the street and bruised and ripped her elbow. It was bleeding and we went into the lush and Zoe, one of the staff there was so so sweet and gave us a bandaid, she was so sweet and kind really appreciate the staff!

  Top-notch service and amazing products! ​I stopped by Lush in Toronto for some bath bombs and ended up leaving with a whole set. It was my first time seeing a "solid" lotion—it looks like a bar of soap, but it's actually a moisturizer and feels incredible on the skin. ​The staff were fantastic—super friendly and attentive. A huge thank you for letting my daughter try out the bath bombs right in the store; she was absolutely thrilled! It’s great that you can test almost everything on your skin before buying. Excellent service, highly recommended!

  To the team working around 3pm on April 9, especially the woman with the curly dark hair -- thank you thank you thank you! I regret not grabbing names for this review. I stepped in on my way home from a horrible day and I left feeling brand new, all thanks to the thoughtfulness, attentiveness and generosity of the associates. Kindness is the ultimate currency and she made me feel rich. As always, the products are perfect, but it's truly the people who steal the show at Lush.

  I just left Lush on Queen st. And I had the best experience ever. The staff in general is great but one stood out for me and that’s Austin. He made my day! He gets a 5 star review!!! Also can’t wait to try my new products 💜
