She took the time to really understand my hair needs and explained everything so clearly, which made choosing the right products so easy. She’s incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about helping customers find what works best for them. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does. Thank you, Caspian, for making my visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

- JKJemre KayaMar 3, 20262.0Great location as it’s big and has variety, however I had a couple negative experiences with different employees all being judgemental and seeming to rush me out the store for example harassing me three times when trying to pick between fragrances telling me to just made a decision already not letting me take my time to smell, and when I asked about a sold out product I was told to stop waiting for the internet to tell me something was good which was a strange assumption because I never mentioned that I heard about it on social media which I hadn’t. Very strange attitude.
