  Excellent experience with Pria at Sherway Gardens. She helped us beautifully package an additional gift we brought from outside, along with the Almond Shower Set and Verbena set we had purchased from another location, so everything looked cohesive and well presented. She understood exactly what we were trying to do without needing much explanation. Thoughtful, professional, and genuinely helpful — I’m so glad she assisted us today. 11/10

  There is a kiosk in the middle of the mall and I was interested in purchasing something for v day but the associate was on her phone the whole time i walked past twice how rude not very respectful nor polite in the same position no greeting…

  Thought I would be given the same amazing service I received at other L'Occitane locations but was surprised that it clearly isn't company policy to ensure the same service amongst its franchise retail stores. Wasn't greeted, wasn't asked if I needed help etc. Then when I needed help was told to do it myself. When my bill was entered and I was ready to pay cash in hand, was told cash was not accepted. Not a problem, I paid with card but this should be told either by a sign at the entrance or somewhere on the cashier area. My items were wrapped after I had to request it but my entire package was not as nicely wrapped as I get at other stores. That extra touch of class that I get at other stores isn't necessary but it is what places this store above others for experience. This location did not provide that same appreciative experience

  Went in to purchase the famous shower oil on Sunday the girl who rang me up had so much attitude I was in shock it was a short south Asian girl will never ever shop at this location again
