Update (2019-12-23): After 8 years of shopping L'Occitane at this location today they could not find me in the system: "Looks like you are not our client", and because of this no discounts for me. Zero. Never mind the fact they send me postcards with promotion codes every month and promotional emails EVERY DAY - none of that worked today. One has to wonder why does something that started as "excellent" always has to end as "well below average"? (The last remark can be made about many things in life, I noticed.)
