  Do not buy anything. Overpriced garbage. Makes it exceedingly impossible to get a refund even when well within the rules. Terrible company. Stay away.

  If you return/change the item, you will receive a BAD attitude from the staff and the manager. Will not come to this store anymore.

  Stepping into L’Occitane always feels like a little escape. The store smells amazing, and the products are high quality with beautiful natural scents and textures. The hand creams and body lotions are especially good, rich without feeling greasy, and the packaging makes everything feel special. Staff are warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about the products, offering samples and helpful advice without being pushy. It’s the perfect place to treat yourself or pick up a thoughtful gift.
