- SNSteven Nembhard4 days ago1.0My wife, Alexandra, had a makeup appointment scheduled today at the Sephora Dufferin Mall location for a Gala she has been looking forward to for weeks, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Although she booked the appointment in advance and saw multiple artists available at the time of scheduling, Sephora cancelled her appointment at 9:00 a.m. for a 1:30 p.m service because the make up artist called in sick. While we completely understand that people get sick and hope the employee gets well quickly, it was surprising that a company as large as Sephora had no backup plan or alternative artist available. No solution or assistance was offered, leaving my wife to scramble and find another makeup service on her own, just hours before her event. This last-minute scramble caused her to travel further than planned, which affected her schedule and added unnecessary stress to a day she has been excited about for months. My wife is a loyal customer who consistently purchases and trusts Sephora’s products, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We expected stronger processes and contingencies from such a reputable brand, to prevent situations like this from happening. I am writing this review not out of anger, but to bring attention to an issue that should not occur for any loyal customer, or any customer at all. We hope Sephora reviews their appointment management practices to ensure future clients do not experience the same inconvenience. Steven N.
- JGJ GNov 15, 20255.0Went to this Sephora Dufferin Mall for the first time. Karam is one of the worker's who helped us. Karam was so knowledgeable, very cheerful, helpful, and not snob at all. I've been to other Sephora branches and the staff are not that nice at all. We will definetaly go back to this branch for sure, and this will be our Sephora store go to now, because of Karam.

I will only go back to this location because of her!! More employees need to have her work ethic and attitude at your location!
