Anmol and her colleagues provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I purchased skincare and lip products, and she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend shopping at this location because of her and the rest of the team’s outstanding customer service.

Ed at Sephora was fantastic! Ed helped me choose the perfect moisturizing cream and took the time to explain how to use each product correctly. Ed’s advice was extremely helpful, and the experience was excellent. Next time I’m in the store, I will definitely find Ed!!

My English isn’t good, so I struggle a bit with communication. During Black Friday, I happened to meet a staff member named Claire at the store who could speak Chinese—she helped me pick the perfect foundation shade. Now all my friends say my base makeup looks so much better; it doesn’t cake at all and has great staying power.

I felt disrespected during my visit to Sephora. As a teenager, I felt like my boyfriend and I were being looked at differently compared to older, more professional looking shoppers. We were not allowed to hold our own items and were forced to use a basket even though we only had two products. Our items were taken to the cash before I decided if I wanted them. I did not remember the foundation shade my boyfriend picked for me, and I felt uncomfortable going back to check. I had to re pick everything because I was not confident in what was taken from us. The experience was frustrating and stressful. I was prepared to spend around $200, but I could not shop in peace. PAYING customers should feel welcome and comfortable regardless of age or appearance. This experience left me disappointed. It would be BETTER if you STAYED WATCHING from a DISTANCE rather than INTERRUPTIING my experience.

I had an amazing experience at Eaton Center Sephora. Jemisha helped me understand my right undertone for foundation. I came to pickup a foundation, while trying to match my skin. I have a lot of discoloration on my skin. So it’s tricky to match the tone. Well I matched my shade I thought was best for me. But couldn’t find the product on their shelf. I saw Jemisha working around so I called her up asking to get that particular shade of foundation. Instead of just blindly following what I asked her to do, she questioned me. Is this shade for you or someone else. I said it’s for me. She immediately gave me her opinion suggesting that won’t work for my skin tone. It’s too dark and the undertone was wrong she said. She explained few things and matched me with the correct foundation shade. She taught me so much in few minutes. I could tell she was busy yet she dint rush and help me pick my shade. I usually avoid people who ask you if you need help? Cause in my experience they stick you with the product not suitable for you. Or sometimes they turn out to be sales representatives. Which is very annoying. Jemisha helped me pick my shade until I was satisfied with it. I didn’t feel any pressure of buying any product.
