- MMMya MJan 21, 20261.0Very disappointed in the staff attitude. Don’t come here if you’re looking for any service and don’t “look the part”. With over 10 staff on the floor you would expect someone to at least ask you if you need help looking for products or shade matching. I understand the staff stocking not being able to help but when the rest of the staff are basically walking away from you it doesn’t make it an environment for customers to want to buy anything. Put my basket down and walked away, not worth the trouble.

She was incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and explained everything so clearly, without ever making it feel overwhelming or salesy. Her attitude was warm, genuine, and super helpful! She truly made the whole experience enjoyable. Sephora is very lucky to have her, and I really hope her management recognizes what a gem she is! 💕
