    I went there today for sephora sale and purchased for a good amount about $600. I got charged for 1 product which was never added to my bag. I checked receipt when i came home and double checked my bag but it was no where. I reached out to customer service, they replied that they cant help with this issue. How i can be charged for something that i never added in my bag???

    My daughters and a friend went shopping for gifts and they were followed by the security guard from the moment they entered the store until the time they made their purchases. The cashier who cashed them out was rude on top of this discriminatory behaviour. I called the manager that evening to complain and haven’t heard back from her despite her claim to get back to me. I will be escalating this to their senior management and believe this is a case of racial profiling and discriminatory practice. Unfortunately, my daughters spent over $300 at this business and they don’t deserve a penny from us. Shame on you Sephora. Hard to believe a big business like this treats customers this way.

    I’ve been a rouge member for over 10 years and visited the store for a return and purchase new items today and the employee called Sab something is SO RUDE. I was told the item is over 30 days (normally we’d be getting store credit), but the employee said the return policy changed since April. I asked where I can find the info and Sab said she doesn’t know because it’s an online order, I said it’s the same company so she should at least be able to tell me where to find the info. I also pointed out that there was no email communication about the policy change at all which is not great service and she said she works for the store and does not send emails… anyway she was very eager to get rid of me and was extremely unprofessional - I didn’t care about returning that item in the end but wanted her to understand what proper customer service looks like so I insisted that she shows me where to find the return policy and she finally showed me where to find it on the app. Please do better with hiring/training employees.

    My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience today at the Bloor St Sephora. The manager Nikki helped us with selecting our fragrances and also engraved them with "Bride" and "Groom" for us. I did hear engraving is something they no longer do. But Nikki was incredibly helpful and made it happen for us for our special day. Thank you so much, we really appreciate it!
