    I just wanted to write a review on one of the workers their cause I didn’t have a chance to bring it up at checkout. Nat had assisted me and he was absolutely amazing and so out going he definitely knows his stuff and has so much knowledge on products and how to achieve different looks he had helped me sooo much honestly give him a raise cause he definitely knows his stuff now my make up looks flawless thanks to him and his recommendations .

    Was helped by Nat today and this is a glowing review because they were an absolute gem to talk to. We talked about different recommendations for skincare, they were knowledgeable about stock and products, helped me test out things and find specific things I was looking for. Id say this made by day today! Great job and keep up the good work!

    Walked in looking for a new fragrance. Immediately greeted by Sandra who was super knowledgeable and friendly! I described what I was looking for, she provided me with several samples to choose from. In the end, I ended up choosing Gentleman Society from Givenchy (amazing! try it!) Sandra was super friendly and great to interact with! She takes her time and doesn't rush you and answers any questions you have. Having worked in Customer Service all my life, Sandra definitely knows how to take customer service from good to GREAT! Well done! 😊

    Genuinely, Shawn (Sean, Shaun?) was absolutely incredible. Shawn helped me and my mom all around the store, trying to find us the perfect products. I asked for foundation first - you’d think Shawn would do just a spot on my face - NOPE! Did my full face, setting powder, concealer, blush, the whole shebam. Took us around so we could find the perfect shade of lip gloss, perfect eyeliner, beautiful highlighter. So kind, so sweet, so patient. Please give Shawn a raise and an ecstatic round of applause, he knows his stuff AND has given us a wonderful customer service experience through the busy holiday season!

    I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had today, all because of a cashier named Meena. I came in to make an exchange, and since the product was only available online, Meena immediately became impatient, rushed me, and was extremely hostile. Her tone and behavior were unprofessional from the start. Because of how poorly I was being treated, I decided to stop the exchange altogether and asked for a full refund instead. As I was leaving, I said “bye” to Meena, and she responded in an incredibly rude and dismissive manner. This is not how any customer especially a paying, loyal one should be spoken to. I then asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation, suggesting that Meena clearly needs customer service training. While I was speaking with the manager, Meena was rolling her eyes and waving her hands at me in a mocking way. This behaviour was disrespectful, patronizing, and completely unacceptable. I genuinely felt uncomfortable and unsafe in that moment. Customer service is extremely important, and Meena’s behavior reflects very poorly on your business. I strongly urge management to take this seriously and ensure she receives proper training, because no customer should ever be treated the way I was.
