  Fadumo and halimo were incredible at helping me find everything today! They are so good at their job and they really put a smile on my face! Just amazing, I’ll be sure to come back for their service again soon !

  My experience was horrible , When i bought products they didn’t give discount but when returned they cut my money . i will mention her name for sure , I saw her before with someone else she talked very nice then my day finished , usually i never ask help at sephora . very rude behaviour and helpless people at this location , today i went to back to return some items and i didn’t touch them at all when went i paid full amount of product when bought and today few minutes ago i returned they didn’t give money full of amount i don’t know about this store really if i paid full of amount and if i didn’t use or i didn’t touch they cut money and they didn’t give back tax also . Next review will be mentione her for sure .i have proof also .

  Customer service literally stinks at this location. The manager is also rude as hell and the employee who tried to help, felt embarrassed and kept apologizing. It’s very simple, you don’t have the attitude to help customers on a busy Saturday, don’t work! So disgusting.

  Incompetent staff. Went with the intention of buying a few hundred dollars worth of makeup. Was not busy. Circle of 4 staff doing absolutely nothing but gossiping. Had to ask them twice to help. Girl who eventually ‘helped’ was totally incompetent, had no idea what she was doing and failed to match my skin tone 5x -colours were nowhere near my easy to match tanned skin. I walked out of the store straight to Shoppers Drug Mart, where I spent 400$ on makeup. They matched me in 2 min. I was in a rush so appreciated their skill and professionalism. Seems like I’m not the only one noticing the incompetence and lack of professionalism at this Sephora store. These employees need to undergo a huge overhaul and time and money should be spent on proper training. Perhaps they don’t care to lose money? I’m embarrassed for them.

  Honestly, nothing more to say other than horrible customer service at checkout. After spending ridiculous amounts of money, you would think the least they could do is be polite. However, at checkout, the employee did not once answer a single question that was asked, rushed me and tapped the machine for me when I had a question about it so it would be faster. She brushed off my question and legitimately stated that it’s not relevant to right now and so it doesn’t matter. She did not once look at me at checkout and was instead talking to her coworker beside her the entire time. She had a short bob, didn’t get her name.
