  Nov 18/2025 early afternoon: Unprofessional service with the (middle left side) cashier. He did not greet, upon asking him to do his job made accusatory remarks towards the customer, the customer, she did not engage and pulled up the exact receipt (despite already scanning her account with him visibly scrutinizing the scene with a “cannot be bothered to investigate look”) verbalized complaints. She shut his unnecessary negative condescending attitude to have her transaction completed. Note, she went from pleasant to just firm, cutting him off, telling him precise information and asking him a yes/no follow up question guiding him to do his job. She even ended the process by giving him pleasantries with him clearly not impressed and nearly rolling eyes. His name is unknown, because, of course, this type of “professional” would NOT wear a name tag. *sarcasm* Keep up the great work Sephora! Oh and he was just as rude with me too! So one more reason to spend my money elsewhere, permanently.

  Today I was shocked by the “ingenuity” in products stealing by the staff! Yes, the staff! I bought an Ilia lip liner. I am sure I had it in the box because I checked before paying. When I got home, the box was EMPTY! I am shocked! I’ve done the purchase on November 7th, 2025 @ 18:02 and the cashier was a black young lady with short hair. She “searched” for my profile for 7-8 min as she did “not find it”. Maybe she was busy emptying my box. If anyone buys at SEPHORA Yong and Eglinton … watch your products when you buy them. Here is my receipt. If you could identify this employee, it would be great to stop her stealing practices.

  I had the loveliest experience with Haweya at the Yonge and Eglinton Sephora! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect foundation and concealer shades for my skin, and even shared some amazing makeup tips that I can’t wait to try. 💄✨🩷 What really stood out was how patient, and approachable she was. I instantly felt comfortable asking her questions, and she made the whole in store shopping experience worth it. If you’re visiting this location, definitely look out for Haweya, she’s truly a gem and will make sure you leave feeling confident and cared for! 🫶🏻🌸
