- TTThat Girl From TorontoDec 29, 20251.0Andrea is rude, unhelpful and has major attitude. She sounds like she hates her job and lies about having inventory in stock because she's too lazy to check. I just left the Yonge and Eglinton store with an item that I purchased that she said was out of stock over the phone when my partner called to check because I was stuck in traiffic in an Uber on my way there and I knew there was only one item available in the store. She told him they were sold out. When I arrived they had the item in stock on the display. While I was checking out she was complaining to another coworker and looked visibly annoyed. The other co-worker asked her how she could support her and she started complaining about how cistomers keep calling on the phone and it's bothering her... The store has only been open for 50 minutes on a Monday morning BTW and there was maybe two other customers in the entire store. She lied this morning about not having available stock and she lied last week about not having available stock when I called to enquire. I know about the available stock for last week because I was able to order it online for pickup as soon as we got off the phone with her. Would love for corporate to call the store and ask to speak to her posing as a customer to see what I'm talking about. Her tone when answering the phone is, "Why are people calling me at work and bothering me?" Better yet send in a secret shopper to witness firsthand her demeanor and loud complaining about having to do her job at work that she gets paid for. I've never encountered or witnessed this type of behavior from this location in the past - or any other locations.
